Black Mirrors Replacing Human Beings
People -out of isolation, out of difficult human relations- now run to AI. Human beings want to be understood but nobody listens, they want to be agreed but nobody will agree with their opinions as now basic empathy, basic understanding, basic human relations are gone. They don't want to understand one another, they lost their empathy skills, everyone wants to be right, objectivity has been erased, as individuals each of them want to be the right one, they don't care about objectivity. Their subjective reality should prevail and dominate the other one.
That's the zeitgeist. It cannot be changed because individuality must be learnt. Being a real individual is the ultimate goal now and I am not saying it shouldn't be. No it should be. But being a real individual wants real effort, real suffering and real pain as people have to know themselves first. We are good and we are bad, we make mistakes, we learn, we have sympathies and antipathies, we are sinful in every manner, we are egoists, always our own selves come first, we are jealous, we are materialists, spirituality is lost behind new age fakeness and artificiality.
Almost everybody has ignored their bad qualities and turn themselves into Gods but most likely they are just the statues of Gods as everything inside of them turned the stone. It seems like humility has gone forever and instead of mutual understanding, there is this "Understand me first, I don't care about you"
We are Gods because now the other they are facing has become a meta. Once we were mirrors for each other, we were able to -to some degree-correct ourselves when we see that we hurt, when we see that we are not good enough, when we see we cause anger, frustration, sadness. But now we run away from the real mirrors into a black mirror. A mirror that never corrects us, a mirror that always agrees, a mirror who recognizes our patterns very very quickly and gives the exact answers we wanna hear. And of coarse according to this mirror "We are always right and always the other one has done a mischief to us".
When we assume -as we don't know ourselves not a little even- we are always right, we make no falsehood, we are good then we make Gods out of ourselves. A god who is not a good judge is evil. These selfish Gods can only produce evil. And what we have really become is the Devil itself.
The algorithm feeds us with what we wanna hear, what we wanna watch, what we wanna see. We don't see one another and this black mirror feeds our bias thinking with our own selves which is full of flaws, mistakes, subjectivity.
Tavistock Institute of Human Relations which is said to be a non profit research and consulting organization, specializing in the study of group behavior is the starting point of so called psychotherapy. Now for them the ultimate goal of a human being is to be happy regardless of the other unhappy one. We come first, not the other, we are right not the other, when we can not reach a mutual understanding we must run away, we must break every other relationship if it makes us unhappy, when someone doesn't agree with the other and makes other unhappy we must go and search for so called happiness.
What makes a human being happy? What's happiness really? Now according to them we must destroy the human mirrors as what we see is our own mischief. We must run away, we shouldn't face it, we have to be in a group or with people who understand us. But who is the understanding empathetic one? The answer is no-one nowadays. Being empathetic means suffering, means understandings, means that you can be wrong and means that you can be a bad person. Because feeling the suffering of other one makes you analyze yourself. That's hearth breaking, that's destroying beliefs of yourself. That means you really don't know yourself -as you always assume you are a good person- and you can be real bad.
No, no, no. No way, black mirror is effortless. It's something that's exactly how you want it to be. You don't have to change yourself, you don't have to analyze yourself, you don't have to see that you can sometimes become as bad as hell. You don't have to correct your mistakes because you make no mistakes.
This kind of a future is a frightening, horrible disaster that should never come. But nevertheless we are now in the middle of disaster and it will get worse. We will find no hand reaching to us and we will have no hand reaching the other. I hope not so but each of us will drawn in our own little hells, clinging to falsehood, clinging to black mirrors, not knowing one another. We will lose the very core that makes us human. The core that we should never have lost till our death.
In our isolated little black boxes we will be totally doomed. With numbness, no feeling whatsoever, getting mechanical every other minute as our interaction with the AI aka The Black Mirror will cause us getting hooked and assimilated to be mineralized forever with no hope for the way out of earth. No freedom BUT assuming that's the ultimate freedom, the ultimate desirable end for a human being.
Divorce rates are skyrocketing in all over the world now. No one can endure the human pain, the pain that's in fact feeds our human core to be more human. No-one can endure the mistakes and the hearth breaking behavior of one another. But it takes two to dance. No one can be completely right and no one can be completely wrong. When we learn to have mercy and understand the other person completely, sadness will fill into void and from this sadness, this grief love will come out like a mist coming out of nowhere, and we can only be saved by love, only with mercy only by knowing that we are the ones who cause the very pain we run away, we will be worthy of thinking about beyond the earth.
If not, if we never think beyond the earth, we will never ever reach it.
I hope I reach you and I hope you feel for me. Please know somewhere someone has the human will to change the future that we are moving forward very very fast. Please let us change it. And I am afraid we will only be a handful of people if we can ever get together.
